Liability Waiver Agreement

Yoga with Claudette  LLC

I understand, acknowledge and assume the risks involved in exercise and do certify my acceptable state of health to participate in the Yoga instruction provided by Yoga with Claudette LLC and its yoga teachers.

If, during the class, I experience any pain or discomfort, I will automatically cease and desist from the yoga session.  Upon doing so, the Yoga Instructor will not be held liable for any discomfort the student experiences.

I have read the above, understand and am signing below to confirm my voluntary agreement that my signature connotes a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed in the State of Michigan.
